This website is provided as a service to taxpayers of Miller County, Missouri and authorized government personnel for the purpose of tax collection, payment processing, and related county government operations. Use of this website for any other purpose is prohibited.

Tax Payments

Payments made through this website are processed by a third-party payment processor. By submitting a payment, you authorize the charge to the payment method provided. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment amounts and account information.

A convenience fee may be applied to electronic payments as disclosed at the time of transaction. Tax payment amounts are determined by Missouri law and are not set by this website.

Payments are considered received on the date processed by our system. For payments made near a deadline, the processing date (not the date you initiated the transaction) determines timeliness.

Account Access

Authorized users are assigned accounts with role-based access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violation of these terms, unauthorized access attempts, or other security concerns.

Text Message Notifications

Authorized users may opt in to receive text message notifications. By opting in, you agree to:

• Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply
• Message frequency varies based on system activity
• Text messages are not encrypted and should not be considered secure communication

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may opt in again at any time through your account settings.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Public Records

Information displayed on this website, including but not limited to property tax records, payment histories, assessed valuations, and disbursement records, constitutes public records under the Missouri Sunshine Law (Chapter 610, RSMo). This information may be requested by any member of the public through a Sunshine Request or Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request at any time.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to maintain accurate and current information, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness or accuracy of information on this website. Official tax records are maintained in our office. In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on this website and official records, the official records shall control.

Limitation of Liability

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Miller County Collector of Revenue shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use this website, including but not limited to:
